Although this is a book of days, I could not stop myself from turning every page to the last day of the year and the wonderful photo of an exuberant Patti and her fans welcoming it! Every day is a moving photo taken by Patti in her travels over the years, and her words celebrating our humanity. It's a beautiful, evocative tribute to life and to those who have gone before us, leaving us richer for them. Patti Smith is a 21st Century Renaissance Woman and a treasure unto herself. I love this book!
