This has been a classroom favorite for 20 plus years. I loved this book and the entire series as a child. I love sharing it with my class. They love looking for the goldbug. It’s actually a wonderful calming activity whether sad, mad, or missing their families. It’s great for inspiration during a trans portion unit. I have children look through the book throughout the unit then design their own unique vehicle. This book also helps in language development and communication skills. You can start lots of good conversations while enjoying the pictures.
